Provides administration, support and updates for iTEE Global tools and systems: Moodle teaching platform, WordPress websites, NextCloud file-sharing system, email system, domain registration and others. Includes userID setup, managing permissions, plugin updates, content updates, performance monitoring, troubleshooting and other administrative functions.
Qualifications:
- General familiarity, or ability to learn, how to use computer systems and tools – read manuals, take online courses, research online and apply knowledge
- Some familiarity with major computing platforms – Windows, Macintosh, Android, iOS, Linux, websites
- Must be able to learn and use the administrative functions of each system.
- No programming skills needed.
