Assists the Registrar in performing the necessary functions to support student access and use of the online training system, including assigning userids and passwords, assisting students to get into online classes, guiding students in gaining access to  their records, and maintaining user accounts. Tracks generational learning to determine effectiveness of multiplication, as well as facilitator qualifications. Gathers student records from facilitators of face to face classes, responds to requests for data extraction from the database for needs of leadership.  Works with the Curriculum Director to set up new online courses, and with Deans to prepare for the start and close of each term.

  • Ability to learn and use computer systems. Experience with Moodle and MS Office tools a plus.
