Philip Ansari

My name is Philip. I am a Muslim background beleiver and have been ministering among Muslims for the past 33 years. I was affected with covid in 2021 and my lungs have been serverly damaged due to that. I have been on oxygen support ever since. Recently my health has deteriorated and the doctors have advised a bilateral lung transplant (both the lungs). By the grace of God, He has met all the needs for the transplant but the transplant is being delayed since the lungs procured have not be viable (not in a good condition). This has happened 6 times now in the past 3 months. I haven't left the house in the past one and half years except to see the doctor, once in two weeks. Staying at home and being disappointed again and again has taken a toll on my mind (which had been healthy so far). Discouragements and depression is setting in. I request you to pray for me.

I have been writing the curriculum for reaching Muslims with the gospel, along with Bro. Mark. Recently, my mind is turning up blank due to this stress that I have been going through. i am trying to sit at the laptop every day faithfully but some days, I am unable to type even one complete paragraph. It has not been an easy journey and as the Word of God says, Hope deferred makes the heart sick.
