In the Gospel of Mark, in Chapter 6, Jesus multiplied the bread and fish to feed over 5,000 people. It was a pressing need. He could have met it without any help, but He used his own disciples and the lunch of a little boy to feed the hungry.
In the same way, we have a wonderful opportunity to allow God to use our limited resources to multiply God’s grace to meet the need of untrained pastoral leaders around the world. Most of the pastors we seek to serve do not know English.
The Loaves and Fishes Campaign will raise financial resources to translate and print three courses in ten languages this year. For each course, the average cost for translation is $10,000. We need to make courses available to these pastors in their native languages.
